Includes an inner Cumulus Jacket/Liner that is a fully functional liner but can be worn separately as a stand alone insulated, water resistant jacket.;

    3. Cape opening on back with zipper closure and a detachable ID panel

    5. Two lower hand pockets with zipper closures and access to waist drawstring
    6. Back pocket at waist height
    7. Longer waist for added protection
    8. Side zippers on both the jacket and liner for ventilation and access to duty belt
